WHO WE ARE

Vasundhari Society for Social Action (VSSA) has been a beacon of hope and empowerment for underprivileged communities in the Dairy Farm area, Madanpur Khadar, Sarita Vihar of New Delhi since 2012.
The journey began in 1995, when the visionary couple Late Mrs. Vimla Kaul and Late Mr. Hari Mohan Kaul opened their hearts to five children in need. What started as a small gathering soon blossomed into a movement of care, resilience, and transformation.
Over the years, VSSA has remained steadfast in its mission—uplifting lives through education, health, and community initiatives that nurture dignity and opportunity.

The story of Vasundhari Society for Social Action begins with the unwavering vision and compassionate hearts of its founders, Late Mr. Hari Mohan Kaul and Late Mrs. Vimla Kaul in 1995. Deeply moved by the plight of the underprivileged children in the Sarita Vihar area of New Delhi, the couple dedicated their lives to uplifting and empowering those in need, driven by a profound belief that education is the key to transformative change.

In 2012, the Kauls founded Vasundhari Society, starting with a small classroom in their own home.
